After having Marine Guardian on my last Viking I would recommend it to everyone that owns a boat. I knew I would be contacting Randy to add it to my new one, we also decided to remove a competitors system and add it to a 37' Seavee. These guys really stand by their product ! After 4 years I had a backup battery fail on my Nortech .. called the office and Randy called me back within 10 mins, put a new battery in the mail (free of charge) and walked me thru the very simple steps to change it … I was back in business in a day … no hesitation to recommend

Randy, Branden, and Imani were very accommodating and easy to work with. As a small local Marine Electronics installer, some larger companies don't prefer to work with one man shows, they on the contrary brought me in and walked me through the whole development basis of why they built their system the way they did. It shows i've installed multiple TMG units, and nothing but awesome feedback from my customers. Also as an installer i appreciate the thought, reliability, support and they incorporate. I highly recommend them as the only Marine Security and Tracking system out. If you're on the fence, I recommend going in and getting a demo, you won't regret it!

What a great product the Marine Guardian has been. I have been able to see the status of my boat everywhere from the bahamas to the dry tortuous. Randys customer service is amazing he is always available to answer any questions or if you have any issues at any time. I would recommend this to every boat owner out there.

So it’s almost 5 yrs later and this has to be the best investment I have made probably in my whole life. As a fireman I have been called to some pretty bad calls on the water and on land. Today was my day and it could have gone really bad really quick! I was 20 miles offshore of Miami deep dropping when I heard my phone going off over and over. I saw it was Randy the owner of The Marine Guardian which I haven’t spoken to in quite some time. I figured I’ll call him later and disregarded the call 2 min later I got the text of my life!!! His text was a picture of my dashboard on his site showing high water alarm going off a few seconds later my phone rang with “boat alarm”. At that moment I looked into my bilge and had maybe 2 inches left before the water was on the deck and could have gotten even worst. Something tripped the fuses to my float switches and my pumps did not turn on! I can’t thank God enough the day I met Randy when I bought my boat. He might not know it or think it but today he was a hero he saved my life and my father in laws life with this product he brought to life. The Marine Guardian is a must have on any boat. This actually can protect your boat and literally save your life! Thank you Randy I can’t thank you enough.
