2-way communication provides more than just monitoring. It gives you control of connected IoT devices. Most other systems that claim control, can only do that if in cellular range. With TMG, you maintain 2-way communication everywhere. With seamless switching, TMG switches between LTE and satellite as the need arises. Iridium’s unique constellation of 66 Low Earth Orbit satellites makes it the only network that covers 100% of the planet. Satellites are cross-linked to provide reliable, low-latency, weather-resilient connections that enable communication anywhere in the world.
Security
The infrared beam is perfect for an open boat like a center console. Strategically placed, an intruder would set it off when walking through it. Door, hatch and engine cowling sensors trigger alerts and the alarm. You receive a phone call, text and in-app alert. You can remotely arm and disarm the alarm from your app. The 125-decibel alarm is comparable to the noise of a jet engine at take off and far higher than nationally recognized industry standard suggesting 85 decibels.
