The Marine Guardian (“TMG”) was founded by Randy Manescalchi in 2017. Randy learned about two children that lost their lives in a boating accident while in an area they were instructed not to go. Randy’s knowledge of tracking technology enabled him to create a boat tracking device that could successfully geofence a boat.
